1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

Through this website we collect a deliberately small amount of data:

• Waitlist details you provide: your email address, the language you chose, and the time of signup.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly, aggregated statistics about visits (pages viewed, approximate country, device type, referrer) collected without cookies and without cross-site tracking.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider processes server logs (including IP address) briefly, to keep the service secure and available.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent — to add you to the waitlist and email you about early access and launch. You can withdraw at any time.
• Legitimate interests — to understand aggregate traffic, keep the site secure, and prevent abuse, in a way that does not override your rights.

4. Analytics without tracking

We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers ("processors") that help us run the website, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Hosting and delivery of the website.
• A database provider that stores waitlist signups.
• A privacy-friendly analytics provider.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until launch and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe — whichever comes first. Aggregated analytics contain no directly identifying information.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EEA/UK you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Restrict or object to processing, and request portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior processing).
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or your local authority.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to inform you.
