These Terms of Use govern your use of amanamind.com and joining the Amana waitlist, operated by BalticApps OÜ. By using the website you agree to these terms.

By accessing this website or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist or use this website.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist expresses interest in Amana. It does not create any obligation on our part to provide the product, and it is not a purchase. Availability, features, pricing, and launch timing are indicative and may change.
4. Amana is not a medical service
Amana is a companion for everyday emotional wellbeing. It is not a medical device, not therapy, not a healthcare or crisis service, and it does not replace professional care.
If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline right away.
5. Intellectual property
The website, the Amana name and logo, and all related content are owned by BalticApps OÜ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
